My role at TDIC entails conducting orientation sessions for new joiners, as well as helping them settle into their roles
and teams. I am also responsible for the sponsorships and internships of Emirati university students, so I have the
opportunity to meet people of varying skill sets and backgrounds.
TDIC is a dynamic organisation that encourages the growth of its employees; since I joined the team a year and three
months ago, I have been promoted from HR Coordinator to Learning and Development Officer, and I look forward to progressing
to an even more senior role in the future. Working here has motivated me to do a master's in Human Resources, as I have
realised that I definitely want to continue pursuing a career in HR.
We have a wide range of nationalities working at the company, and I learn something new from each individual every day.
One of the things I like most about my role is the variety it offers me, and how it allows me to deal with different
departments in the company on a daily basis.
