Job Brief:

To manage activities of residential sales unit within Sales Department.

Your job profile will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Coordinating functional requirements of the Residential Sales division of Sales & Leasing department. Seeking out, interviewing and training new sales staff as  required.
  • Exceeding or meeting sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus. Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key clients. Developing a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge. Directing and coordinating with marketing team in developing collateral materials.
  • Developing a firm market presence through publications and events through efficient networking relations. Participating in industry events and conferences. Providing inputs, creative solutions, and ideas to the management team on organization offerings. Developing sales plans and completing quarterly and monthly reports as required. Prioritizing and sharing sales leads, developing new accounts through analyzing, exploring, networking, and referrals.
  • Working with Residential Sales Manager to provide ideas about new outbound market sales. Guiding and motivating the sales team to achieve optimum performance. Monitoring their sales activities and functions, recommending and implementing corrective action as necessary. Structuring a sales strategy and action plan for the Client Services division, in conjunction with the Sales team, as well as for each individual sales person.
  • Interpreting buyer demand factors and feedback key criteria to management. Liaising with the Call Centre service provider, ensuring efficacy of operation and analysis of enquiry data, and reporting thereon. Ensuring that the sales management system is operating effectively, and that the sales team are utilizing the Prospect capturing facility.
  • Identifying and recording objections from Prospects, and reporting thereon. Providing feedback to Senior Management, both verbally and in written form, regarding sales activities, including suggestions for promotional activities and opportunities, and assisting with their implementation. Following up on all paperwork necessary and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available for entry into relevant database programs.
  • Ensuring a professional and effective working relationship with clients, and reporting to the Director, Residential Sales and any significant issues arising. Conducting any communication with clients and / or your colleagues in a professional and courteous manner, and ensuring that the dress standards, overall appearance, and conduct of the sales team are appropriate to business at all times.
  • Ensuring that the Administration function prepares adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to Finance or Accounting to ensure accurate and timeous remittances. Ensuring that cheques and necessary documents required for payments are timeously processed by the Administration team. Ensuring, as far as possible, that complaints and concerns are attended to and resolved as speedily and as satisfactorily as possible.
Person Specifications:
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration and/or Economics/Finance.
  • Min. 2 years experience in residential property sales, preferably in residential development organization.
  • Proficient in Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Search.
  • Fluent Arabic & English (read/speak/write).
